The brake hand guard by Woodcraft-CFM is built to protect your right hand AND to prevent another rider hitting the brake lever while riding close. This is especially important while riding on the track and making close passes. If you have ever rubbed elbows with someone while racing or riding track days, you know how easily another rider can hit your brake lever.
